All orders accepted by Storm are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale:

Storm is committed to protecting customer privacy and all information is used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass any details on to any third party. You can contact us at any time in order to check the information we hold about you.

DISCLAIMER:

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information and product specifications are accurate, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors. All descriptions are for general information only and once purchased your equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Every effort is made to ensure images on this website are accurate but we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to that displayed on your screen. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

All product descriptions and specifications do not constitute advice; they are for general information only. Outdoor pursuits can be potentially hazardous. It is the responsibility of the individual to famalirise themselves with safe practise in these activities. Despite regular monitoring, Storm cannot guarantee that our website is free from viruses and that the information on the site is up to date.

PAYMENT:

Various methods of payment are accepted, they are: cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Delta. If you would like to pay by phone or cheque please call 01454 315430. The payment is taken with the order via secure server and goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared. (Please note that Storm Outdoors is part of Car Components and payment will show as Car Components on bank statement).

PRICES:

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of standard UK VAT were appropriate. We reserve the right to alter any price at any time, if for any reason this affects your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and amend the order if you wish to do so. All items are subject to availability.

DELIVERY:

Delivery on the mainland UK is free of charge - if outside of the UK please call us for delivery rates. Delivery is normally made on a same or next day basis (if the order received after 3pm). We do not make deliveries on weekends unless specifically asked. For overseas delivery please email us for cost of shipping here OR call us on 01454 315430.

Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be claimed within 2 Days of receipt.

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS:

All returns must be sent to: STORM OUTDOORS. 27 Horse Street, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol. BS37 6DA. Returned goods in an unused condition are subject to a full refund provided that they are received within 14 days of delivery. If products are found to be faulty we will refund or replace the product plus your carriage costs as long as it’s of a reasonable amount, i.e not next day delivery. We regret that we do not accept returns of maps, books, videos, DVD’s and computer software unless they are found to be faulty.
